Veeramani Timeshare offers devotees the opportunity to purchase time at fully furnished accommodations for a fraction of the cost of full home ownership.

Veeramani Timeshare owners can do what they want with their allocated timeshare of the property, even rent it out! This provides our valuable customers an investment opportunity that can earn good returns.

Our website, veeramani.com serves as the medium for devotees and timeshare owners. When a timeshare owner decides that they would like to rent or sell their accommodation timeshare, they simply sell or rent their timeshare on our website.

For a one-time purchase price and a nominal annual maintenance fee, Veeramani Timeshare purchasers own their timeshare forever, or for a predetermined number of years, depending upon the purchase agreement of the timeshare. Therefore, devotees can choose to either use this time or rent it out for someone else to use.

Type of timeshare

We understand need of devotees and have tailored the Veeramani Timeshare program to suit everyone. Our timeshare consists of floating days of timeshare ownership valid through the year without any blackouts. Floating days allows you the option of calling to schedule (reserve) your stay without paying a fee! Typically, timeshares are sold in weeks. Veeramani Timeshare is sold in days as we understand that blocking a week of your precious time may not be possible every year. Therefore, you now have the option of utilizing your timeshare in days! Please note all scheduling of floating days utilization must be made a minimum of 15 days advance booking.

Corporate Timeshare Program

We accept timeshare ownership from corporate companies (including travel service providers) that wish to ensure stay of their top officials, customers & guests. Corporate timeshare ownership may not be rented out. The timeshare floating days need to be utilized or will be lapsed at end of a calendar year.

Payment

All payments must be made by demand draft in favor of Veeramani Tourist Home payable at Guruvayur. We will shortly be starting the option of accepting payment through credit card. However, payments made through credit card will incur a service charge of 2.5% of the timeshare amount.

Terms & Conditions

• Devotees must inform us in advance, their intention to rent out their timeshare days

• Devotees may opt out of the timeshare program after one year of membership by giving a written request for cancellation. Cancellation of timeshare will incur a charge of Rs.1,000.00 towards processing fee. All cancellation request would take 3 months to process and issue refund.

• All timeshare floating days scheduling must be made minimum 15 days in advance. Confirmation is subject to availability.

• Accommodation would be provided in any of the property owned / managed by Veeramani Group. All our properties are located at walking distance to the temple.

• All Veeramani Timeshare floating days are valid only for the calendar year. The only exception to this is during the first year where carry over of eligible days is allowed to split across 3 years.
