of the shop rooms. Payment is to be made initially in full to register.
Payment can be made by bank draft payable at PATTAMBI (Kerala State) in favor of Veeramani Shopping Complex.
For information kindly note the appreciation of a shoproom of this size in this area even for rental contract stands with an advance of not less than 10 lakh rupees and a monthly rent of more than 5000 rupees.
