1. Prices of apartment vary by their size & location

2. Unless the required booking amount is fully paid & confirmed, the prices of individual apartment is subject to change without having to give notice to prospective customers.

3. Apartment area mentioned is only indicative and actual apartment size may vary.

4. Prices of apartment will not change for individuals once their booking is confirmed.

5. Please note that customizations to the individual apartment done by us is not included in the apartment cost. These customizations may include (but not limited to) special flooring specifications, tile specifications etc.,

6. Price show does not include applicable registration and taxes that have to be borne by the customer. These would be charged at the time of effecting the sale.

7. Please contact our office for the latest information on pricing of apartments and their availability.

8. Booking amount may not be refunded if the customer does not pay the stipulated price of the apartment before the due date.

9. Price does not include cost of transformer, electricity board charges, panel board charges & electricfication charges.
